What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form for the purpose of contacting us or making an activity or product booking.
When booking or making an enquiry on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, country, phone number or credit card information. We also ask some optional marketing questions during online booking.

The main way we use your information to do this is to send you a booking confirmation, a booking reminder the day before your trip date and a follow-up email asking you for any feedback you may have about your trip. We do not have an ongoing mailing list and we will not share your email address with any third parties not involved in our booking process.

-Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure third party booking platform and payment provider. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Do we use cookies?
Yes. (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We use Rezdy as our booking platform and content manager for bookings information. Rezdy is an established and trusted booking provider in the tourism industry. When you book a product on our website the booking information is collected and stored on Rezdy’s secure servers. This information is not shared with third parties. We use eWay as our secure payment provider. Through our payment provider we collect payment of online bookings and process refunds. You can see eWay’s privacy policy here.

We use the wordpress security plugin Wordfence to protect our website and data from cyberattack. You can see their privacy policy here.
